Client : Department of Civil Aviation

Consultant : International Bechtel Company Ltd

Project Brief : Central Utility Compound comprising 6.6/11kV Substation, Pumping Station, Water Storage tank to facilitate power and water supply for the North side of Dubai International Airport.

Scope of Works : Plumbing, Drainage, HVAC, Electrical, Steel Water tank, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm System, BMS and Standby Generator for the project as MEP service provider and Management of civil works as Main Contractor.

Completion Date : 2000
