Project Brief : Proposed Development and Construction of Nad Al Sheba Race Course Development project is a multi billion project comprising Grand Stand, Boat House, Dubai Racing Course and Hotel.

Scope of Work : Al Hani Gulf Contracting Co in Consortium with KBK Dubai Contracting Co and CNA Integrated Technologies is carrying out the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Works for the Grand Stand and Boat House area of the Development; which include hot and cold water piping net works, external and internal drainage services, HVAC system, complete Electrical installations including external lighting, UPS and Standby Generator, Earthing and Lightning Protection, Fire Fighting and Fire Protection System etc.
